Developing a suite of AI-driven healthcare products for clinicians, leveraging cutting-edge tools and clinical data.

The Role:

• Own and evolve the Product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and ensuring customer value

• Conduct market research with stakeholders to prioritise patient and clinician needs
• Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Lead development of technical and operational solutions
• Utilise data to inform decisions and features

Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience of taking complex products from inception to market success
• Familiarity with handling complex data within a Product context
• Successful delivery of healthcare products in the UK
• Understanding of ethical, regulatory, and legal constraints in the sector
• Knowledge of NHS structures, operations, and strategy
• Experience in Agile environments, leading distributed squads, and managing international stakeholders
• Familiarity with data products, including AI
