Salary: £100,000 plus benefits

Location: Mainly remote (must be UK based)

Leading the vision and delivery of an innovative healthcare product, positively impacting patients’ lives.

The Role:

• Developing an international product from vision to delivery and scale
• Ensure the vision aligns with an international strategy to meet key company objectives
• Conduct market research to prioritise patient and clinician needs, placing them at the heart of the product
• Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Lead the product development of a complex technical solution
• Create the product roadmap

Knowledge, Experience & Approach:

• Experience of leading complex healthcare products from inception to market
• Ability to combine strategic and operational skills, build customer relationships, and advocating for the customer
• Experience in delivering healthcare products in the UK with knowledge of the NHS
• Experience in Agile environments, leading distributed squads, and managing international stakeholders
• Experience with data products, including AI

Useful but not Essential:

• Knowledge of technologies like low code/no code platforms, CRMs, or data management
