Director / Head of Marketing – Mobile Apps
Salary to £150k or €180k basic + benefits
Remote - but must be based in UK, Germany or Ireland
The Role:
- Own all mobile marketing activities, develop the team and collaborate with other leaders in the organisation to grow existing products, and help drive the R&D process
- Strategic planning, brand and performance marketing across all digital distribution channels for the app product portfolio
- Leading and building a dynamic mobile marketing team
- Developing and implementing mobile marketing processes and best practices
- Identify new distribution channels, build strategy publisher relationships, develop test plans, execute, optimise and scale
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Senior marketing experience in B2C mobile apps
- Experience of building and leading cross-functional digital marketing teams
- Excellent knowledge of the mobile app distribution landscape and monetisation options (freemium, subscriptions, ads etc)
- Experience of subscription networks – Facebook, Google, Apple Search and in-app advertising platforms
- Experienced at strategic planning and overseeing execution and optimisation
- Knowledge of Product Management, Agile Methodologies and Project Management would be an advantage
